Why are we different?

Dr. Kelly focuses exclusively on pelvic floor, Lipedema, and lymphedema care. Using an integrative, whole-person approach, she treats more than just symptoms. You can expect at least an hour of individualized, hands-on treatment with a physical therapist who genuinely cares about your health and well-being.

Am I getting the best care?

Absolutely. Dr. Kelly truly loves helping people feel better using an integrative, whole-person approach. She has extensive education and hands-on training in pelvic health, lipedema, lymphedema, dry needling, and more—and she brings that experience into every session.

Rather than focusing on just one area or symptom, your care looks at the whole picture. Appointments are unhurried and centered on you, with attention to how your body moves, how you’re feeling day to day, and the many factors that support your overall well-being—like sleep, nutrition, and emotional health. You’ll feel heard, supported, and cared for every step of the way.

Can you help me with my problem?

Of course! With over 20 years experience as a physical therapist, Dr. Kelly has seen a lot.and almost everyone can benefit from treatment. Give us a call and we can answer your questions and set you up for your first visit. If you need additional treatment, in adjunct to therapy, we will refer you to other trusted providers in the area.

I’ve tried PT before- will this be different?

Yes! It’s common for patients to come to us after trying physical therapy elsewhere with little relief. Dr. Kelly takes a different approach—looking at the whole body and tailoring care specifically to you. Rather than focusing on just one area, treatment is designed to uncover and address the underlying issues so you can see real progress.

What should I expect at my first physical therapy visit?

Our clinic is set up to help you feel comfortable right away. Your visit will be one-on-one with Dr. Kelly in a private treatment room, and you’ll have plenty of time—at least an hour—to share your story and go through a head-to-toe assessment. And truly, nothing is TMI here.

You can expect some hands-on treatment, helpful education, and a clear plan for moving forward that’s tailored to your goals. We’ll always check in with you and make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way.
